Essentials of Yoga

Our longest running intro/alignment series that has literally inspired many participants to become yoga teachers! Deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of yoga in this class designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Pre/post natal friendly. Age appropriate for respectful young people ages 11 and up accompanied by a responsible adult.

Essentials of ZenMeditation

Offered quarterly. Join Brian Lavoie for a beginner friendly approach to traditional Zazen meditation. Learn the meaning, philosophy, and how to create a sitting and walking practice.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This is a clinically replicated, evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive, adaptive and inclusive mindfulness training techniques to assist people with alleviating stress, anxiety, depression, pain and teaching adaptive life skills to benefit overall wellbeing.

Men’sYoga Mechanics

An inclusive, educational course meant to give biological male bodies alignment instruction on how to practice yoga poses while working with chronic muscular tension and stress that is anatomically unique to the male experience.
